Officer Smith has been with the North Coventry Township Police Department since July 2003. Officer Smith graduated from Boyertown High School in 1999. Officer Smith is the departments lead firearms instructor as well as the instructor for the Taser and pepper spray. Officer Smith is on the Chester County Major Incident Response Team. He enjoys boating with his family.
