Officer Haines graduated from Landsdale Catholic High School in 2005. Officer Haines graduated from the Montgomery County College Police Academy and was hired by the North Coventry Township Police Department in February of 2008. Officer Haines is currently assigned to the patrol division. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends as well as rock climbing, running, and sailing.
